A high Google Page rank will mean different to different people. To the surfers it will mean a website of high credibility though only if the surfer is aware of what it means and has the google toolbar downloaded. In two way linking or reciprocal linking where your site gets linked to another site in exchange, links are leaked out which decreases the Page Rank. Inbound links are the best if you can get them and yes you can get them. The magic word is “article submission”. You need to write some great articles that are related to the genre of your website and post to the sites that accept articles of all categories along with a link to your website. This way you will get one way links. But it is not as easy as it seems. The articles have to be worthy enough to be read by those who are searching for them on the net. So if you cannot write them yourself then hire a professional writer.

Now you know how to get rid of that lower Page Rank and be visible on the search results of major search engines. A high Page rank does mean that Google finds the site to be informative and useful thus getting it viewed by more and more target viewers.
