Discover the Colossal Power of Positive Affirmations

The advent of the popular "The Secret" brought a whole new level of awareness to the general public about the Law of Attraction and the powers of manifestation lying deep in our subconscious mind. While it provides useful starter information to the Law of Attraction, unsurprisingly, it left many lost on their tracks as to what would be the next phase to begin on. "How do I apply the Law of Attraction?" If you recall "The Secret", the Law of Attraction begins with your thoughts. You are what you think. Your thoughts determine your achievements yet many of us keep negative and unhealthy thoughts in our mind. And we seriously need to change that.

The first thing you should do is to watch what you are thinking. And the easiest way to do so is to observe your feelings and emotions. Whenever you are in a cheerful and happy mood, you are actually send out positive vibrations to the universe. If you find yourself in a bad mood, unsurprisingly, you are sending out negative vibrations that will attract the unpleasant things into your life. Fortunately, there is a way to stay and feel positive and that is the power of positive affirmations.

What are positive thinking affirmations? Or more specifically what are affirmations? Affirmations are positive present tense self affirming statements you made to communicate to your subconscious mind. By repeating positive thinking affirmations on a consistent basis, you can influence and reprogram the mind to weed out negative thoughts. Here are some tips to remember when making affirmations.

Affirmations got and must be made in the present or past tense and never in the future tense. Begin each statement with either "I am" or "I accept" or "I have". Commit and believe that positive thinking affirmations will work for you. You must have faith and believe deeply that you can stay optimistic with positive thinking affirmations. Any doubts when you are doing positive thinking affirmations will not get you the results that you want.

As soon as you have control over your thinking and thoughts, you will experience a whole new level of positive, energy and motivation in your life. While it may be tedious at the start, to "forcefully" think positively, every effort and action you take is just going to make the entire process natural. Furthermore, positive affirmations you make daily would serve as a powerful driving force in your life to reach out for all the things you desire and want in life. My last words, you have the power to change your life when you change your thinking!
